The images on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however the actual color may appear different on everyone. The results of our colors may vary because they are dependent on a number of factors, including: monitor resolution and color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.
We don’t currently do any product sponsorships.
We are not offering wholesale pricing at this time.
When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service department to confirm the order. 
We offer shipping services with United States Postal Service (USPS). Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.
Yes, we ship internationally.
Please confirm if you received an email confirmation via email. If you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement they will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank’s institution. Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges.  Please be sure the billing address you are providing us is matching the exact billing address associated with your credit card and only click the submit button once to prevent multiple charges.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours. Due to high demand during new launches, orders may be delayed 4-5 business days. Thank you for your patience.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered. *Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping. *Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with USPS to open an investigation.
Just shop yccollection.net and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy! Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000.
