SHIPPING POLICY

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally.

We are not responsible for the package one’s it leaves our premises, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to give you your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final, we don’t accept return, exchanges, store credit or refunds. If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and the item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. *SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
