I’m giving it 5 stars because I really like the shade! Hadn’t received an eyeliner from IPSY yet that I really liked, and the few things I’ve gotten from YC Collection have been good. It does have a smudge tip and a sharpener, but I find it sets really quickly so I couldn’t get it to smudge. It’s also so thin already, being your typical thin mechanical eyeliner, I don’t know why you’d need a sharpener? Lol. Still it’s really cute!
